Cell Lines
We have isolated stem cells and primary cells from various livestock, including beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and more, to acquire specialized cell lines for suspension cultures. Our cutting-edge cell isolation technology enhances cell purity and stability. Additionally, we focus on generating induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) as unlimited cell source for cell-based foods. We have successfully established reprogramming methods to generate both bovine and porcine iPSCs. Our journey in food technology takes you from the lab to the kitchen.

Our cell culture platforms, featuring multilayer nano-thin films and gelatin microparticle technology, facilitate cell proliferation and reduce the cost of culture media by controlling nutrient release and delivery. We also develop edible, serum-free cell culture medium, recombinant growth factors, and other essential reagents for use in cell-based food production.

We produce real meat utilizing our core technology, 3D tissue engineering, which outperforms traditional methods. Our focus lies in organoid research, involving 3D co-culture and differentiation using iPSC-derived embryonic body. We have generated embryonic bodies and differentiated them into muscle cells, fat cells, liver cells, and blood vessel cells. With these advancements, we're dedicated to providing sustainable future food in the form of cultivated meat. Based on our results, authentic cultivated meat will soon be on your kitchen table.
